My name is Dean and welcome to the Pepper Palace!
My love of Spicy Food began when I was a teenager (in the 1990-is). Probably because my dad liked to cook spicy food. We always ate food from the mexican, asian, and texmex cuisines. But it really took of when we travelled to mexico.
On my blog you'll find tips and tricks on how to grow chili peppers. It can be everything on how to fertilize chili peppers, growing chili peppers, to harvesting chili peppers and eating them!
